Hi I'm back! I am going to conclude all the research and info that I have been talking to you about over the past few blog posts. My first post was about why and how the greeks worshiped Hera, and we found out that they worshiped her because they wanted to have a good marriage and they wanted their children to be safe. In my second post I talked about a myth about how Hera got two of her famous symbols, the cow and the peacock. This shows what happens when you mess with Hera's Husband. In my third and final post was about which city Hera was the Parton goddess of. That city was called Argos and Io was a princess in that city. Poseidon and Hera fought over Argos. I find it important to know about Ancient Greece to understand what impacts they left on our world today. I learned that Greeks were very creative and that they made up these myths and gods to understand the world around them.
